Great gig Saturday!

The band during the first song
The band did a great job on Saturday, I was really impressed with everyone's performance. The father of the bride also had great things to say about us too:

"Just to put in writing my sincere thanks for the fantastic music you and your band produced for the wedding - it was just perfect" - John Barton

Myself on stage
Bride and Grooms first dance
They chose their own song; "Now We are Man and Wife"

Practice for gig on Saturday

Had the first four hour practice today for a band I've been asked to put together for a wedding party this Saturday. The practice went great, although as to be expected when playing through 22 new songs for the first time there were a few parts to work on! Next practice in on Thursday, I'll post a video of how it's going so far.

Live at LCC

This is a picture from a band I used to play with in London; Chris Cape. Playing with Cape was one of the best musical experiences I've ever had, the band always had so much energy on stage while being super tight musically - not to mention every gig was always great fun to play.

This was one of the last big gigs I did with the band, for the recording on the 'Live at LCC' DVD, which is still in production. I'll post some clips and perhaps some more photos when they come through.

Culture essay front cover design

During the last few weeks of my degree procrastination set in fairly hard. In the final 24 hours I set about making a special front cover design for my cultural and critical perspectives module (which proved to be near pointless as it was covered by the submission form).
Regardless, I was fairly pleased with the finished result. If you can guess the three time eras for the project I'll give you... a prize :)
